  Adoptions

The Adoption fee helps to cover the cost of all the birds’ food for one year.  The adopted bird will remain at all times in the care and ownership of The World Owl Trust.  In return for your adoption fee, your name will be inscribed on a plaque on view at The Owl Centre, Muncaster Castle and you will receive a certificate showing the name of your adopted species.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us via the www.owls.org website with the details and we will investigate the matter for you. alternatively, please telephone us on 01229 717393 (from outside the UK, +44 1229 717393)

Orders from outside the UK

 We are happy to take orders from overseas but please contact the office to place your order and to find out delivery arrangements and shipping charges.

 

Returns Policy

If you have to return goods which are faulty, we will refund or replace these for you in accordance with your statutory rights.

Send the faulty goods back to us with the packing note we sent you - we will then be able to refund you correctly.

VAT

The World Owl Trust is currently not registered for Value Added Tax.
