Toby the Tawny Owl

The cutest owl on the block! Toby the Tawny Owl was found under a tree in 1999 and kept in a bathroom for two weeks before being brought to the World Owl Centre. Unfortunatley Tawny Owls are very easily imprinted and the time he spent in human company proved to be too much time spent away from other Tawny Owls. He was already imprinted on himans and it was decided that the only thing that could be done was to fly him at 'Meet the Birds' as a means of teaching the public what not to do when they find a baby Tawny Owl.
